Welcome to AFGPAGES.COM (“AFGPAGES,” “Platform,” “Website,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AFGPAGES.COM, including its website, applications, directories, business listings, search services, advertising services, AI-powered features, communications, content, and any other services or functionality made available by AFGPAGES.

By accessing, browsing, registering with, submitting information to, listing a business on, advertising through, or otherwise using AFGPAGES.COM, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. NATURE AND PURPOSE OF AFGPAGES.COM

AFGPAGES.COM is a business showcase, business directory, discovery, information, promotional and advertising platform intended to help businesses and users discover and showcase businesses, products, services, brands, organizations and commercial activities.

AFGPAGES.COM primarily provides a digital platform through which businesses and other users may publish or display information.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, AFGPAGES.COM:

  • does not own the businesses listed on the Platform;

  • does not operate the businesses listed on the Platform;

  • does not sell or supply the products or services advertised by listed businesses;

  • does not act as an agent, representative, broker, partner, franchisee, employee or legal representative of listed businesses;

  • does not enter into contracts between users and listed businesses;

  • does not guarantee the quality, legality, safety, availability, authenticity or suitability of any business, product or service displayed;

  • does not guarantee that a listed business will respond to inquiries;

  • does not guarantee that information provided by businesses is accurate, complete or current; and

  • does not guarantee any commercial result, sale, booking, customer lead, profit, revenue or business opportunity arising from use of the Platform.

Any transaction, communication, negotiation, booking, purchase, payment, delivery, service arrangement or other relationship between a user and a listed business is solely between those parties.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using AFGPAGES.COM, you represent and warrant that:

  1. you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms;

  2. the information you provide is accurate and truthful;

  3. you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations;

  4. you will not use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or harmful purposes; and

  5. you accept responsibility for your activities and interactions conducted through or as a result of the Platform.

If you use AFGPAGES.COM on behalf of a company, organization or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. BUSINESS LISTINGS

Businesses may create, submit, claim, manage, modify or otherwise maintain business listings on AFGPAGES.COM.

A business listing may contain information including, without limitation:

  • business name;

  • business description;

  • address;

  • telephone number;

  • email address;

  • website;

  • social media information;

  • photographs;

  • logos;

  • products;

  • services;

  • prices;

  • opening hours;

  • promotional information;

  • offers;

  • locations;

  • contact information;

  • business registration information;

  • licenses or certifications;

  • reviews or ratings; and

  • other information submitted by the business or authorized users.

The business submitting or controlling a listing is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and ownership of all information and materials submitted.

4. NO GUARANTEE OF BUSINESS INFORMATION

AFGPAGES.COM may display information supplied by businesses, users, third-party sources or automated systems.

Although AFGPAGES may, at its discretion, review, moderate, verify, edit, classify, organize or remove information, AFGPAGES does not guarantee that any business information is accurate, complete, authentic, current, lawful or reliable.

A business appearing on AFGPAGES.COM does not mean that AFGPAGES.COM:

  • recommends the business;

  • endorses the business;

  • certifies the business;

  • guarantees the business;

  • has entered into a partnership with the business;

  • guarantees the business’s licensing;

  • guarantees the business’s financial condition;

  • guarantees its products or services; or

  • guarantees the business’s conduct.

Any “verified,” “featured,” “claimed,” “recommended,” “premium,” “sponsored,” or similar label or designation, where used, should not automatically be interpreted as a guarantee, certification or warranty of the business or its products or services.

5. INDEPENDENT RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN USERS AND BUSINESSES

AFGPAGES.COM merely facilitates discovery, visibility and communication.

Users are solely responsible for conducting their own investigation and due diligence before:

  • purchasing products;

  • hiring services;

  • making payments;

  • visiting a business;

  • providing personal information;

  • signing agreements;

  • entering into contracts;

  • making deposits;

  • making investments;

  • relying on business claims; or

  • otherwise dealing with a listed business.

Any dispute concerning a business, product, service, payment, refund, delivery, quality, warranty, booking, cancellation, fraud, misrepresentation, employment matter, contractual obligation or other transaction must be addressed directly with the relevant business.

AFGPAGES.COM is not a party to such transactions unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by AFGPAGES.

6. NO AGENCY, PARTNERSHIP OR REPRESENTATION

Nothing contained on AFGPAGES.COM shall create or be interpreted as creating:

  • an agency relationship;

  • partnership;

  • joint venture;

  • franchise relationship;

  • employment relationship;

  • fiduciary relationship;

  • brokerage relationship; or

  • representative relationship

between AFGPAGES and any listed business or user.

No business listed on AFGPAGES.COM has authority to represent, bind, contract on behalf of, or incur obligations for AFGPAGES, its owners, management, employees, contractors or representatives.

7. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Users and businesses may submit content to AFGPAGES.COM, including text, images, videos, logos, documents, reviews, comments, descriptions and other materials (“User Content”).

The person submitting User Content remains responsible for it.

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content;

  • the content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights;

  • the content is not fraudulent or materially misleading;

  • the content does not violate applicable law;

  • the content does not contain unlawful or harmful material;

  • you have all necessary permissions and consents; and

  • publication of the content does not create liability for AFGPAGES.

8. LICENSE TO USER CONTENT

By submitting User Content to AFGPAGES.COM, you grant AFGPAGES, its affiliates, contractors, service providers and authorized partners a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license, to the extent legally permitted, to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, format, modify, translate, adapt, promote and otherwise use the User Content for operating, improving, marketing and promoting the Platform and its services.

This license continues for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

9. BUSINESS OWNER RESPONSIBILITY

A business owner, representative or authorized listing manager is solely responsible for:

  • maintaining accurate business information;

  • updating contact details;

  • maintaining accurate opening hours;

  • ensuring advertised products and services actually exist;

  • ensuring prices and offers are accurate;

  • complying with applicable laws;

  • obtaining and maintaining required licenses;

  • obtaining necessary permits;

  • ensuring advertising claims are lawful;

  • responding to customer inquiries;

  • fulfilling commitments made to customers; and

  • resolving disputes with customers.

AFGPAGES.COM shall not be responsible for a business’s failure to perform any of these obligations.

10. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND ACTIVITIES

Users must not use AFGPAGES.COM to:

  • publish false or fraudulent information;

  • impersonate another person or business;

  • operate fraudulent schemes;

  • advertise illegal goods or services;

  • infringe intellectual property rights;

  • distribute malware or malicious code;

  • harass, threaten or abuse others;

  • publish defamatory content;

  • manipulate reviews or ratings;

  • create fake business listings;

  • create duplicate listings for deceptive purposes;

  • manipulate search rankings;

  • collect personal information unlawfully;

  • send spam;

  • conduct phishing or scams;

  • interfere with Platform security;

  • scrape or systematically copy Platform data without permission;

  • reverse engineer the Platform except where legally permitted;

  • attempt unauthorized access;

  • use automated systems in a manner that harms the Platform;

  • upload unlawful content; or

  • use the Platform in violation of applicable law.

AFGPAGES reserves the right to suspend, restrict, remove or terminate any account, listing, content or activity that it reasonably believes violates these Terms or creates risk to AFGPAGES, users or third parties.

11. REVIEWS, RATINGS AND OPINIONS

Reviews and ratings represent the opinions of the individuals who submit them.

AFGPAGES.COM does not necessarily endorse, verify or agree with reviews, ratings or opinions.

AFGPAGES.COM is not responsible for the accuracy, fairness, legality or truthfulness of user reviews.

Businesses may not manipulate reviews, manufacture fake reviews, purchase fraudulent reviews, threaten reviewers or otherwise attempt to artificially influence ratings.

AFGPAGES may remove, modify, restrict or decline to publish reviews at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

12. ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL SERVICES

AFGPAGES.COM may offer paid advertising, featured listings, promotional placements, sponsored content, premium listings or other visibility services.

Payment for advertising or promotional placement does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee or certification of the advertiser.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, AFGPAGES does not guarantee:

  • a specific number of views;

  • clicks;

  • inquiries;

  • leads;

  • customers;

  • sales;

  • revenue;

  • conversion rates;

  • search rankings; or

  • commercial performance.

Advertisers remain solely responsible for the legality, accuracy and compliance of their advertisements.

13. PAYMENTS AND FEES

Where paid services are offered, applicable prices, billing terms, subscription terms and payment conditions will be presented separately.

The user or business is responsible for providing accurate billing information and paying applicable charges.

AFGPAGES may change pricing, packages, features or subscription structures from time to time, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, fees paid for digital listing, advertising or promotional services are not refundable after the applicable service has been provided or commenced, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.

14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

AFGPAGES.COM may contain links to websites, applications, social media pages, payment providers, maps, communication services and other third-party services.

AFGPAGES.COM does not control and is not responsible for:

  • third-party websites;

  • third-party content;

  • third-party privacy practices;

  • third-party security;

  • third-party availability;

  • third-party products or services; or

  • transactions conducted through third parties.

Accessing third-party services is undertaken entirely at the user’s own risk.

15. AI-POWERED FEATURES

AFGPAGES.COM may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated search, recommendation or other automated technologies.

AI-generated results may contain errors, omissions, outdated information or inaccurate recommendations.

AI functionality is provided for general informational and discovery purposes only and should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, medical, safety, regulatory or other expert advice.

AFGPAGES does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of AI-generated information.

Users remain responsible for independently verifying information before relying upon it.

16. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

  • defects will always be corrected;

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, cybersecurity incidents, hosting problems, telecommunications failures or circumstances outside AFGPAGES’s reasonable control.

17. NO WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AFGPAGES.COM AND ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, MANAGEMENT, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, WORKERS, CONTRACTORS, CONSULTANTS, AFFILIATES, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, TECHNOLOGY PROVIDERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS PROVIDE THE PLATFORM WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AFGPAGES DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY AND SUITABILITY.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AFGPAGES.COM, ITS OWNERS, SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS, MANAGEMENT, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, STAFF, WORKERS, CONTRACTORS, CONSULTANTS, AFFILIATES, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS AND TECHNOLOGY PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE.

This includes, without limitation:

  • loss of profits;

  • loss of revenue;

  • loss of business;

  • loss of customers;

  • loss of opportunities;

  • loss of contracts;

  • loss of goodwill;

  • loss of reputation;

  • loss of anticipated savings;

  • loss of data;

  • business interruption;

  • costs of substitute services; or

  • any other indirect or consequential loss.

This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim arises from contract, tort, negligence, statute, warranty, misrepresentation, strict liability or any other legal theory, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

19. MAXIMUM LIABILITY CAP

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF AFGPAGES.COM AND THE AFGPAGES PARTIES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

(A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO AFGPAGES.COM FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR

(B) AED 500.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

20. RELEASE OF AFGPAGES

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release and hold harmless AFGPAGES and the AFGPAGES Parties from claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from or relating to:

  • your dealings with listed businesses;

  • products or services supplied by listed businesses;

  • information provided by businesses;

  • inaccurate business information;

  • customer disputes;

  • payments between users and businesses;

  • cancellations;

  • refunds;

  • delivery failures;

  • business misconduct;

  • fraudulent conduct of third parties;

  • reviews or user-generated content;

  • third-party websites;

  • third-party services;

  • unauthorized conduct by users;

  • use or misuse of the Platform; or

  • reliance upon information displayed on the Platform.

This release does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be released.

21. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AFGPAGES.COM and its owners, shareholders, directors, officers, managers, employees, staff, workers, contractors, consultants, affiliates, representatives, agents and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, costs and reasonable legal expenses arising out of or relating to:

  1. your use of AFGPAGES.COM;

  2. your breach of these Terms;

  3. your User Content;

  4. your business listing;

  5. your advertisements;

  6. your violation of applicable law;

  7. your infringement of third-party rights;

  8. your dealings with another user or business; or

  9. any fraudulent, unlawful, negligent or wrongful act or omission by you.

22. BUSINESS LISTING DISCLAIMERS

A business listing on AFGPAGES.COM is not a certification that the business:

  • is legally registered;

  • holds a valid license;

  • is financially sound;

  • is reputable;

  • is safe;

  • provides quality products or services;

  • complies with all applicable laws;

  • is trustworthy;

  • is authorized to provide a particular service; or

  • will fulfill its obligations.

Users must independently verify such matters.

23. CONTENT MODERATION AND REMOVAL

AFGPAGES may, but is not obligated to:

  • review listings;

  • review User Content;

  • investigate complaints;

  • remove content;

  • edit content;

  • suspend accounts;

  • restrict listings;

  • terminate accounts;

  • refuse publication;

  • remove businesses;

  • modify search results; or

  • take other actions it reasonably considers necessary.

AFGPAGES does not assume an obligation to monitor every listing or piece of content.

The absence of removal or intervention does not constitute approval, endorsement or verification.

24. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the AFGPAGES.COM name, trademarks, logos, designs, layouts, graphics, software, databases, website structure, text, interfaces and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to AFGPAGES and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, republish, scrape, reverse engineer or commercially exploit AFGPAGES intellectual property without prior written authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.

Business owners retain ownership of their own trademarks, logos and materials, subject to the license granted to AFGPAGES under these Terms.

25. DATA AND PRIVACY

Your use of AFGPAGES.COM is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

AFGPAGES may collect, process, store and use information in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws and its Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that electronic communications, account information and submitted content may be processed as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the Platform.

26. SECURITY

Users must not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of AFGPAGES.COM.

You must not:

  • access restricted systems;

  • test vulnerabilities without authorization;

  • unlawful activity is suspected;

  • fraudulent activity is suspected;

  • security is threatened;

  • inaccurate information is submitted;

  • a third-party complaint is received;

  • the Platform is misused; or

  • continued access creates legal, technical, commercial or reputational risk.

AFGPAGES may also discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.

29. NO GUARANTEE OF COMMERCIAL RESULTS

AFGPAGES.COM does not guarantee that listing or advertising a business will produce:

  • customers;

  • sales;

  • leads;

  • inquiries;

  • bookings;

  • revenue;

  • followers;

  • website traffic;

  • increased visibility;

  • search rankings; or

  • any particular commercial result.

Business owners acknowledge that marketing results depend on numerous factors outside AFGPAGES’s control.

30. FORCE MAJEURE

AFGPAGES shall not be responsible for delay, interruption, failure or inability to provide services resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

  • natural disasters;

  • war;

  • terrorism;

  • civil unrest;

  • governmental action;

  • regulatory changes;

  • internet outages;

  • telecommunications failures;

  • power failures;

  • cyberattacks;

  • malware;

  • hosting failures;

  • cloud service failures;

  • strikes;

  • labor disputes;

  • pandemics;

  • epidemics; or

  • other events beyond reasonable control.

31. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with generally recognized principles of international commercial practice, applicable international legal principles, and the laws and regulations that are legally applicable to the particular transaction, activity, user, business, service or dispute concerned.

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as limiting or excluding any mandatory legal requirement, statutory protection, consumer right, regulatory requirement, or other legal obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.

Any dispute, claim, controversy or disagreement arising out of or relating to:

  • these Terms and Conditions;

  • access to or use of AFGPAGES.COM;

  • business listings;

  • advertisements;

  • promotional services;

  • User Content;

  • accounts;

  • communications;

  • payments;

  • the operation of the Platform;

  • alleged breaches of these Terms; or

  • any relationship between a user and AFGPAGES.COM

shall, to the maximum extent legally permitted, be resolved through good-faith communication and negotiation before formal legal proceedings are initiated.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation, the dispute may be submitted to a competent court, tribunal, arbitration body or other legally authorized dispute-resolution authority having lawful jurisdiction over the relevant parties, transaction or subject matter.

AFGPAGES.COM reserves the right to seek urgent, interim, protective, injunctive or other appropriate legal relief from any competent court, tribunal or legally authorized authority where necessary to protect its Platform, intellectual property, confidential information, databases, technology, reputation, business interests, owners, management, employees, workers, contractors, representatives, users or other legitimate interests.

Any judgment, order, award or legally enforceable decision obtained by AFGPAGES.COM may, where legally permitted, be recognized, enforced or pursued in any jurisdiction in which the relevant party, assets, business interests or other enforceable subject matter may be located.

The international accessibility of AFGPAGES.COM shall not be interpreted as an agreement that AFGPAGES.COM submits generally to the laws, courts or jurisdiction of every country or territory from which the Platform may be accessed.

Likewise, the presence of a business or user on AFGPAGES.COM shall not create any agency, partnership, representative, employment, franchise, joint venture or other legal relationship between that business or user and AFGPAGES.COM.

Each business listed on AFGPAGES.COM remains an independent third party and is solely responsible for its own business activities, products, services, advertisements, representations, licenses, permits, contracts, customers, employees, payments, taxes and legal obligations.

AFGPAGES.COM is not a party to any transaction, agreement, purchase, booking, payment, service arrangement or other commercial relationship between a listed business and a user unless AFGPAGES.COM expressly agrees otherwise in a separate written agreement.

Nothing contained in these Terms shall exclude, restrict, limit or waive any liability, right, remedy or protection that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, limited or waived.

If any provision of this section is determined to be invalid, unenforceable or legally ineffective, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

By accessing or using AFGPAGES.COM, you acknowledge and agree that the Platform operates internationally and that disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable legal principles and the lawful jurisdiction of the competent authority having jurisdiction over the particular matter.

36. CONSUMER AND MANDATORY LEGAL RIGHTS

Electronic acceptance shall have the same effect as acceptance by other legally recognized means, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
